Shane Peterlin is a third-generation Realtor with Century 21 Seago, a family-owned Tempe brokerage serving the East Valley since 1982. Born and raised in Tempe, Shane is a Brophy College Prep graduate and Dartmouth College graduate, and has built his business around relationships, deep local knowledge, and guiding clients through some of the biggest financial and personal decisions of their lives.

A 6-time Top 40 Under 40 honoree, Shane is known for strong negotiation, strategic marketing, and delivering a five-star, referral-driven experience. Beyond real estate, he proudly serves on the Fiesta Bowl Committee and contributed to the Tempe General Plan 2050 Committee, reinforcing his commitment to the community he lives and works in. His philosophy is simple: years built on trust, local roots, and family helping families.

Originally from Chicago and a graduate of Loyola University Chicago, Tom brought his strong work ethic, values, and relationship driven approach with him when he built his real estate career in Arizona.
